2 - Applicability:
2.1 In these general terms and conditions:
Precizor: The company "Precizor VOF" as explicitly defined in the terms and conditions.
Products: Everything offered for sale by Precizor via the official website.
Terms & Conditions: These general sales and delivery terms & conditions for the sale and delivery by Precizor of products, which are made available via the official website.
Customer: Any natural person or party involved in a legal act or act as defined in Article 2.2
Consideration period: The period within which the customer can make use of his right of withdrawal;
Right of withdrawal: The possibility for the customer to cancel the agreement within the consideration period.

2.2 The Terms apply to all offers, order confirmations, deliveries of Products, invoices and all agreements between Precizor and the Customer.

2.3 The Terms also apply to every use by the Customer of the official website of Precizor.

2.4 Precizor is responsible for providing the Terms and Conditions before or at the conclusion of an agreement, either in electronic (digital) form or some other.

2.5 The general terms and conditions used by the Customer, which deviate from the Conditions stated on the official website, are not applicable. Such conditions can not be invoked unless Precizor accepts this in writing.

2.6 Precizor reserves the right to amend and / or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time.
It is taken into account that they are not to the detriment of the customer or unfair.

3 - Communication:
3.1 Precizor reserves the right to make any communication electronically unless the law explicitly states otherwise.

3.2 The copy of electronically recorded communication between Precizor and the customer stored by Precizor is regarded as proof thereof, unless the customer can prove otherwise.

3.3 Unless there is evidence to the contrary by the customer, the electronically sent messages by Precizor are considered to be received on the day they are sent.

3.4 In the event that electronic communication fails due to delivery and / or accessibility problems that relate to the e-mail box of the customer, this falls under the responsibility of the customer.

4 - The offer
4.1 The offer contains as accurate a description as possible of the offered product. The product is described in such a way that it facilitates assessment by the customer If Precizor uses images, they are a true reflection of the offered product. Obvious mistakes or manifest errors in the offer are not binding on Precizor and do not entitle the customer to compensation.

5 - Prices
5.1 All prices stated on the website are in Euros. The price is shown both inclusive and exclusive of VAT on the website for complete clarity for the customer. The delivery costs are listed separately in the payment process.

5.2 Obvious mistakes made by Precizor in prices or in the description of the products can always be corrected. If an agreement is made with wrong accompanying product information, this will be communicated to the customer, either electronically or in some other manner. The current agreement will be dissolved, but the customer will be assisted further with the conclusion of a new agreement.

6 - The agreement
6.1 The agreement between Precizor and the customer only comes into being when the customer agrees to the Terms and Conditions during the order process and receives an order confirmation by Precizor via e-mail. If the confirmation is missing, the agreement may be dissolved.

6.2 Precizor reserves the right to refuse the placed orders by the customer. The reason for this will be communicated to the customer as soon as possible. The amount spent by the customer for the order will be refunded within 5 working days.

7 - Right of withdrawal and Obligations
7.1 The customer has the right to terminate an agreement with Precizor within a period of 30 working days without giving any reason. The consideration period is counted from the day the customer has received the product. For the proof of receipt by the customer, only the information provided by delivery companies is used, except if Precizor and the customer concerned agree on something else.

7.2 The risk and responsibility of proof to return the product and the correct exercise of the right of withdrawal, both within the consideration period, lies with the customer.

7.3 Within the consideration period, the customer must treat the product with the utmost care. The product may only be used in such a way that the characteristics and the functionality of the product are determined.

7.4 If the customer goes beyond the method described in 8.3 and causes depreciation in the use of the product, Precizor reserves the right to refuse returned products or to credit only part of the amount. The customer will be informed accordingly. The amount will be refunded within 5 working days.

8- Exercise of the right of withdrawal
1. The customer contacts Precizor via e-mail to announce that he / she has decided to use the right of withdrawal. The customer is not obliged to give Precizor a reason, but it is appreciated to improve our service.

2. The customer then sends the product with a copy of receipt to the official address of Precizor. Only use the shipping methods mentioned on the official website of Precizor.

3. The correct exercise of the right of withdrawal means that the customer has complied with the procedures described in 8 within the consideration period.

9 - Delivery and Execution

9.1 Precior will act with utmost care in receiving and processing orders for products and in assessing applications for the provision of services.

9.2 The order is delivered to the address that the customer makes known to Precizor during the order process.
9.3 The risk of damage and / or loss of products is at the expense of Precizor up to the moment of delivery to the customer, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

9.4 In the event that the product is not in stock, the consumer is informed when Precizor is able to deliver the requested Product.

9.5 All costs incurred by the customer by using special services related to the second attempt of delivery are the responsibility of the customer.

10 - Complaints procedure
10.1 Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted to Precizor in full and clearly described within a reasonable time after the customer has discovered the defects.

10.2 The Complaint can easily be submitted via the e-mail address given in the Contact Menu or via telephone. Complaints submitted to Precizor will be answered within 7 days from the date of receipt.

10.3 If a complaint requires a longer processing time, Precizor will respond within 7 days with a notice of receipt and an indication when the consumer can expect a more detailed answer.
